  • What is your return policy?
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unworn items within 20 days of purchase for a full refund with free return shipping (U.S. Orders).
  • How do I return my order?
    • Kūliko accepts all unworn items for a refund to original payment, eGift Card, and/or exchange within 20 days of purchase. 
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    • Yes! We offer exchanges for a different size and color in the same style. Your exchange order will now ship when the original order has been returned.
  • How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
    • Visit our returns page. Once your return has been scanned by the carrier, your refund will be initiated and your exchange order will be shipped. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
  • Can I receive a refund in the form of an eGift Card?
    • If you choose to receive a refund via an eGift Card it will be issued via email once your return is received or scanned by the carrier.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Typically, orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available with either 2 or 3-day shipping (selected during checkout). Orders placed after 1pm HST Friday may not ship until Monday morning. 
  • How do discounts work?
    • Only one code promotion can be applied to each order. During a site-wide sale, all other code promotions are disabled.
