Shipping + Returns

All orders will be shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are automatically calculated by item weight using current USPS shipping rates.

All orders will be charged Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET) at 4.166%. Orders originating in other states will not be charged tax unless otherwise specified. 

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted at this time.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event you receive products that are defective (sew, cut, design, printing, etc.), you may exchange the product for the same item.

If possible, include packing slip or other order details. If the item is not in stock when an exchange is requested, we will notify you or issue a digital Kūliko gift card for the value of your purchase.
